Nous cherchons présentement un/une coordonnateur/coordonnatrice qui sera en charge de gérer l'ensemble des activités de ventes et de locations. Description du poste

Tâches et responsabilités

Fonctions de location (Leasing)

  • Superviser les opérations de location.
  • S'assurer que tous les clients ont complété et signé les contrats de location et fourni des certificats d'assurance valides.
  • Maintenir les dossiers papier et numériques de tous les documents liés aux locations.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer une base de données en ligne partagée.
  • Communiquer avec le service de comptabilité concernant les dates de début et de fin de location ainsi que les exigences de facturation.
  • Coordonner le processus de retour des unités louées, incluant le nettoyage, le transport et l'inspection par un technicien qualifié.
  • Participer et collaborer aux salons commerciaux.

Exigences et expériences

  • Formation postsecondaire en administration ou domaine connexe (atout). DEC
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de location, transport, service clientèle
  • Dynamisme, travail d'équipe, suivis rigoureux
  • Bilinguisme.

Conditions de travail

  • Bureau individuelle
  • Déplacements occasionnels pour événements et clients (environ 2 fois par année)
  • Collaboration avec les autres départements
