Description du poste

Un magasin grande surface de renom souhaite ajouter à son équipe un directeur adjoint passionné sur le quart de nuit pour assurer un rôle clé se divisant principalement en deux volets: 20% administratif et 80% plancher.

Plus précisément, votre mandat serait de :

  • Assurer la mise en marché optimale des produits dans le magasin et veiller au remplissage des rayons avant l'ouverture quotidienne ;
  • Coordonner avec efficacité la réception de la marchandise et le déchargement des camions ;
  • Intégrer les informations des produits au système pour veiller à la justesse de l'inventaire ;
  • Assurer un bon déroulement des opérations et régler les situations problématiques ;
  • Encadrer, mobiliser et développer une équipe de d'une dizaine d'employés ;
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de la direction pour atteindre les objectifs de performance ;
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en appliquant les normes et pratiques en santé et sécurité.

Exigences et expériences

  • Expérience dans un poste de gestion en commerce de détails;
  • Connaissances en marchandisage, gestion d'entrepôt, réception de produits et coordination de personnel ;
  • Compétences informatiques pour faire de l'entrée de données, gestion d'inventaires et bâtir des horaires ;
  • Bonne condition physique pour lever et transporter des objets d'un certain poids et travailler debout de longues heures ;
  • Sens de l'organisation, leadership naturel, rigueur et capacité à mobiliser une équipe.
