Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la Vice-présidence aux infrastructures, vous assurerez la planification, l'organisation, la direction et le contrôle des services d'entretien routier d'une organisation publique d'envergure. Vous serez le pilier de la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique des infrastructures sous notre responsabilité, agissant dans un contexte de changement organisationnel stimulant.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez :

  • Piloter le changement : Structurer et conduire la transformation des processus et des orientations de votre direction avec agilité.
  • Gérer les opérations : Agir à titre de gestionnaire des contrats d'entretien (été/hiver) et assurer la conformité des travaux selon les plus hauts standards de sécurité.
  • Mobiliser les équipes : Diriger le personnel avec une présence accrue sur le terrain, favoriser l'écoute active et gérer les relations de travail (incluant la négociation de conventions collectives).
  • Assurer la discipline budgétaire : Élaborer et contrôler les budgets annuels et triennaux (fonctionnement et investissement).
  • Gérer les parties prenantes : Représenter l'organisation auprès des partenaires stratégiques, des communautés locales et des usagers, en faisant preuve d'une grande intelligence politique.

Expérience

  • Formation : Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de dix (10) années d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins deux (2) années dans un poste d'encadrement;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office et possession d'un permis de conduire classe 5 (déplacements fréquents à prévoir).
