VOTRE MISSION

En tant que pilier de la SST, vous ferez équipe avec les opérations, la maintenance et la distribution et aurez sous votre supervision un Coordonnateur sst pour propulser les standards de sécurité vers le haut :

  • Vision & Stratégie : Concevoir, déployer et faire vivre des plans d'action SST annuels percutants pour l'usine et le centre de distribution.
  • Culture de Prévention : Améliorer continuellement nos programmes, stimuler la formation et faire de la sécurité une priorité partagée par tous.
  • Leadership & Coaching : Mentorer votre coordonnatrice SST et agir comme leader d'influence auprès de la direction et des équipes de terrain.
  • Expertise & Conformité : Être le point de contact de référence avec les agences gouvernementales et veiller au respect rigoureux du cadre réglementaire.

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ

  • Parcours : Baccalauréat (ressources humaines, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe) OU autre formation pertinente liée à la SST
  • Plus de 10 ans de carrière dans le domaine SST dont une expérience en gestion / direction.
  • Expertise terrain : aimer travailler en usine, avec les gens et avoir de bonnes connaissances des lois et normes québécoises.
  • Communication & Influence : Un excellent relationnel, une grande capacité à mobiliser les équipes.
  • Posture : Proactif(ve), structuré(e), orienté(e) solutions et drivé(e) par la réalisation des livrables.
  • Personnalité : Combiner rigueur technique à un leadership rassembleur et humain
  • Aisance technologique : Maîtrise de la suite MS Office / Teams.
