Notre client est une organisation en pleine évolution qui mise sur l'innovation et la performance pour soutenir sa croissance. En pleine modernisation de ses processus d'affaires et de ses systèmes, l'entreprise souhaite intégrer un·e leader stratégique pour piloter sa transformation numérique et faire évoluer sa fonction technologique vers un rôle d'influence et de création de valeur.

Responsabilités clés:

  • Définir la stratégie technologique à moyen et long terme, en appui à la vision d'affaires.
  • Moderniser les systèmes d'information et améliorer les processus à travers des solutions numériques durables.
  • Piloter les grands projets de transformation numérique et d'intégration technologique.
  • Structurer, coacher et mobiliser une équipe TI performante.
  • Assurer la conformité, la sécurité et la résilience de l'environnement technologique.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes unités d'affaires pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'innovation.
  • Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs de performance technologique auprès de la direction.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplôme universitaire en technologies de l'information, ingénierie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en leadership TI, idéalement dans un contexte de transformation ou de croissance.
  • Vision stratégique et solide compréhension des enjeux liés à la cybersécurité, à l'infonuagique et à la gouvernance technologique.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d'équipe et le pilotage de projets complexes.
  • Leadership inspirant, pensée analytique et sens politique développé.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel pour interagir avec des partenaires nationaux et internationaux.
  • Passeport valide pour voyage occasionnel aux États-Unis.
