Description du poste

Basé dans l'une de leurs 3 places d'affaire, nous cherchons un professionnel capable de piloter la conception et l'estimation de bâtiments, du besoin initial jusqu'au transfert en exécution. Vous agirez comme point de contact du client, piloterez les étapes pré-projets et veillerez à produire des soumissions et des plans dans le respect des exigences techniques et des échéanciers.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Concevoir et optimiser les solutions selon les besoins du client ou un devis de performance, puis en assurer la communication et le suivi ;
  • Coordonner les professionnels pour les plans préliminaires et monter les dossiers de soumission ;
  • Demander, analyser et négocier les soumissions des sous-traitants et fournisseurs, établir un calendrier préliminaire et les stratégies de réalisation ;
  • Réaliser des estimations et soumissions équilibrées et rentables ;
  • Effectuer le transfert en exécution et offrir l'assistance technique au chantier.

Exigences et expériences

  • DEC en estimation / architecture ou Bac en architecture
  • Tout autres formations pertinentes sera évalué selon vos expériences : Dessin de bâtiments, technicien structures;
  • Expérience pertinente en projets d'estimation de bâtiments ;
  • Expérience pertinente minimale de 5 ans en coordination multidisciplinaire et gestion de soumissions.
