Notre client, un leader incontestable et bien établi dans le secteur de la construction au Québec, souhaite accueillir un ingénieur civil habile et agile pour l'accompagner dans sa croissance.

Responsabilités principales

  • Analyser les plans et devis afin de bien comprendre la portée globale des projets;
  • Prendre en charge la préparation complète de soumissions, en collaboration avec les équipes de projets, surintendants et calculateurs, dans le respect des échéanciers;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des méthodes de construction et à la préparation des documents de qualification;
  • Développer des échéanciers préliminaires en identifiant les ressources, les équipements et les séquences de travail;
  • Identifier et sélectionner les spécialités, matériaux, sous-traitants et fournisseurs nécessaires;
  • Monter les estimations dans les outils informatiques en intégrant les quantités, les cadences, les équipes de travail et les coûts;
  • Analyser les projets en détail afin d'anticiper les risques et d'optimiser les méthodes d'exécution;
  • Coordonner et animer le processus de fermeture des soumissions;
  • Participer aux rencontres de transfert et assurer un suivi avec les équipes d'exécution;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en génie civil;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en estimation dans le domaine du génie civil;
  • Expérience de chantier considérée comme un atout important.

Compétences clés

  • Bonne compréhension des méthodes de construction;
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation;
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse;
  • Souci du détail;
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
