Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste d'expérience en projets de ponts et ouvrages d'art reconnu pour son leadership et son expertise technique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification, la coordination et la réalisation de projets d'infrastructures complexes tout en assurant le respect des objectifs techniques, financiers et opérationnels.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Planifier, coordonner et contrôler l'ensemble des phases des projets d'ouvrages d'art afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs techniques et financiers ;
  • Agir comme référence technique en structures de béton et ouvrages dart et recommander des solutions robustes et durables ;
  • Produire ou valider les estimations, analyser les coûts et définir les stratégies d'approvisionnement ;
  • Coordonner les intervenants de projets incluant les clients, ingénieurs, équipes de chantier et sous-traitants ;
  • Assurer le respect des normes, devis, échéanciers, budgets et standards de qualité.

Exigences et expériences

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil ou dans un domaine pertinent ;
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de structures et d'ouvrages d'arts, incluant des projets de ponts ;
  • Solide expertise en structures de béton, béton armé ou précontraint ;
  • Excellente capacité en estimation, contrôle des coûts et gestion des risques ;
  • Leadership reconnu, sens de l'organisation et fortes habiletés en communication.
