Description du poste

Relevant du Responsable Ingénierie et Maintenance, l'ingénieur procédés amélioration continue est responsable d'assurer la performance, la stabilité et l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication dans un environnement manufacturier exigeant.

Il agit comme référence technique pour les équipes de production et contribue activement à l'amélioration des procédés, à la résolution de problèmes opérationnels et à la mise en place de solutions durables visant à améliorer les indicateurs de performance de lusine.

Plus précisément, votre mandat serait de :

  • Analyser les procédés de fabrication afin d'optimiser la performance, la stabilité et la qualité des opérations;
  • Réaliser des analyses de causes racines et implanter des actions correctives durables pour réduire les arrêts et les pertes de production;
  • Participer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et aux projets Lean visant l'optimisation des procédés et des équipements;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et d'ingénierie afin d'améliorer la fiabilité et la productivité des lignes;
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et soutenir les équipes dans l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

Exigences et expériences

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou dans une discipline connexe;
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec ou en voie de le devenir;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier;
  • Expérience en amélioration continue, optimisation de procédés ou résolution de problèmes techniques;
  • Maîtrise du français et anglais fonctionnel;
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Connaissance dun logiciel de dessin technique tel que AutoCAD ou SolidWorks.
