Description du poste

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Magasinier(ère) pour joindre l'équipe de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception de solutions de commutation, de protection et de contrôle des réseaux électriques.

Relevant du superviseur de production, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de l'entrepôt et des inventaires. Vous veillerez à ce que les matériaux soient reçus, entreposés et distribués efficacement afin de soutenir les opérations de production.

Plus précisément, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Réceptionner, vérifier et enregistrer les marchandises reçues;
  • Inspecter visuellement les pièces destinées à la production afin d'en valider la conformité;
  • Effectuer les entrées de données dans le système informatique et assurer les ajustements d'inventaire;
  • Effectuer le suivi des écarts d'inventaire en collaboration avec le département des achats;
  • Organiser et classer le matériel selon les standards établis;
  • Préparer le matériel requis pour les lignes d'assemblage (picking);
  • Gérer les retours de matériel et assurer leur suivi;
  • Effectuer les achats de boulonnerie et assurer le suivi des commandes;
  • Participer aux inventaires périodiques;
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé.

Exigences et expériences

  • Vous possédez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience à titre de magasinier dans un environnement manufacturier;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion d'inventaire;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français;
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre souci du détail et votre fiabilité;
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens de l'organisation et savez gérer efficacement les priorités;
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et communiquer avec différents intervenants;
  • Vous êtes en bonne condition physique et appréciez un travail actif.
