Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Planificateur(trice) de l'approvisionnement pour joindre une entreprise manufacturière de renom spécialisée dans les produits de beauté, de santé et d'hygiène.

Relevant du superviseur de l'approvisionnement, la personne sélectionnée sera responsable d'assurer une planification optimale des approvisionnements afin de soutenir efficacement les opérations de production.

Le rôle consiste à équilibrer l'offre et la demande, optimiser les niveaux d'inventaire et coordonner les activités avec les fournisseurs locaux et internationaux afin d'assurer la disponibilité des matières premières et composantes.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Analyser les prévisions de la demande et élaborer des plans d'approvisionnement adaptés aux besoins de production
  • Assurer la disponibilité des matières premières et composantes pour les opérations multi-lignes
  • Gérer et optimiser les niveaux d'inventaire afin de réduire les ruptures et les surplus
  • Coordonner les approvisionnements avec les fournisseurs, incluant les partenaires internationaux
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des fournisseurs afin de sécuriser les livraisons et respecter les délais
  • Identifier les risques d'approvisionnement et mettre en place des plans de mitigation
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (production, logistique, approvisionnement) pour assurer l'alignement des opérations
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les données dans le système ERP (inventaires, prix, codes, paramètres)
  • Analyser les écarts de performance et proposer des améliorations continues

Exigences et expériences

  • DEC ou formation équivalente en logistique, gestion des opérations ou domaine connexe
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en planification, approvisionnement ou gestion d'inventaire
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et expérience avec un système ERP (ex. AS400 ou équivalent)
  • Bonne compréhension des principes de gestion d'inventaire
  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier (atout)
  • Expérience avec fournisseurs internationaux (atout important)
  • Connaissance des processus S&OP (atout)
  • Certification APICS (CPIM, CSCP) (atout)
