Description du poste

Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière solide et reconnue, recherche un programmeur CMM pour soutenir ses activités de contrôle de la qualité et de métrologie à Granby. Vous serez responsable de la programmation, de la validation et de l'optimisation des programmes d'inspection afin d'assurer la précision et la conformité des pièces produites.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Programmer, valider et optimiser les séquences d'inspection sur CMM (Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Hexagon).
  • Effectuer les inspections à la réception, en cours de fabrication et finales, puis documenter les résultats.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans complexes, le GD&T et les exigences clients; rédiger et standardiser les rapports d'inspection.
  • Collaborer avec la production, l'ingénierie et la qualité pour analyser les non-conformités et améliorer les procédés.
  • Calibrer et entretenir les équipements de mesure; soutenir et former au besoin les inspecteurs.

Exigences et expériences

  • DEP en technique d'usinage et ASP en commande numérique, ou DEC en génie mécanique/métrologie (ou équivalent).
  • Minimum de deux à cinq années d'expérience en programmation CMM.
  • Connaissance de MCosmos, 4000PS, Modus ou Quartis/Gear Tek (atout important).
  • Excellente maîtrise de la lecture de plans et du tolérancement géométrique.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur, souci du détail et aisance à travailler en équipe.
