Description du poste

En tant que représentant(e) des ventes agricoles, vous serez un partenaire de confiance pour les producteurs. Votre mission : comprendre leurs besoins, proposer des solutions adaptées et bâtir des relations durables.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients agricoles ;
  • Effectuer des visites terrain pour analyser les besoins et présenter des solutions ;
  • Négocier et conclure des ententes commerciales ;
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux après-vente ;
  • Participer à des événements agricoles ;
  • Utiliser des outils numériques pour gérer efficacement votre pipeline.

Exigences et expériences

  • Expérience en vente terrain (idéalement agricole ou connexe) ;
  • Connaissance ou intérêt marqué pour le milieu agricole ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et négociation ;
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats ;
  • Maîtrise du français et anglais ;
  • Permis de conduire valide.
