Description du poste

Dans un contexte de remplacement de congé de maternité, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique auprès de la direction et des gestionnaires. Vous serez responsable de piloter l'ensemble des activités RH tout en assurant la continuité des opérations et des projets en cours.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez :

  • Gérer l'ensemble des activités RH : recrutement, relations de travail, performance, formation, rémunération, paie et SST
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires dans leurs enjeux humains et organisationnels;
  • Assurer la gestion des relations de travail dans un environnement syndiqué (griefs, enquêtes, mesures disciplinaires, interprétation de convention collective);
  • Prendre en charge la gestion complète de la paie (préparation, traitement et conformité);
  • Veiller au respect des lois du travail, des politiques internes et des normes SST;
  • Participer à des projets RH (développement organisationnel, engagement, amélioration des pratiques);
  • Suivre les indicateurs RH et assurer une gestion rigoureuse des dossiers employés;

Expérience

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines;
  • Expérience en milieu syndiqué (essentielle);
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication;
  • Leadership, jugement et capacité d'influence reconnus;
