Relevant du vice-président des ressources humaines, vous contribuerez activement à la stratégie d'attraction, de recrutement et d'intégration des talents, en étroite collaboration avec les clients internes et les partenaires externes.

Description du poste

Vous agirez comme expert en recrutement et attraction de talents et jouerez un rôle clé dans le déploiement des meilleures pratiques.

Plus précisément, vous serez appelé à :

  • Piloter et réaliser les mandats de recrutement qui vous sont confiés
  • Déployer les stratégies d'attraction, de recrutement et d'intégration selon les besoins des différents secteurs.
  • Développer et implanter des outils, processus et indicateurs de performance en lien avec le recrutement.
  • Accompagner et former les gestionnaires sur les bonnes pratiques en attraction et intégration des talents.
  • Développer et maintenir des partenariats externes et représenter l'organisation lors d'activités de recrutement.

Exigences et expériences

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de cinq années dexpérience en attraction et acquisition de talents.
  • Maîtrise des médias sociaux et des outils technologiques de recrutement.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise du français et aisance fonctionnelle en anglais.
  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels.
