Description du poste

Notre client, acteur reconnu pour son savoir-faire dans la fabrication destinée aux secteurs de la construction, des minières, des opérations maritimes et portuaires, recherche un superviseur de fabrication capable d'assurer une atmosphère de travail aussi agréable que performante.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Planifier les travaux, la main-œuvre nécessaire et l'efficacité des postes de travail.
  • Diriger, encadrer et mobiliser le personnel en assurant une communication claire et constante.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de qualité, aux règles de SST et aux politiques internes.
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets, mettre à jour l'outil de planification et ajuster les priorités.
  • Veiller aux aspects administratifs tels que l'approbation des feuilles de temps et la participation à certains processus d'embauche ou de cessation d'emploi.

Expériences et exigences

  • DEP ou DEC dans un domaine pertinent et certification de superviseur en soudage (CWB).
  • Expérience minimale de cinq ans en supervision dans un atelier de fabrication métallique.
  • Compétences démontrées en leadership, mobilisation, organisation, prise de décision et résolution de problèmes.
  • Habileté à collaborer avec le contrôle qualité et excellente maîtrise des normes de soudage.
  • Capacité à maintenir un atelier ordonné, sécuritaire et orienté vers l'amélioration continue.
