Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière canadienne de premier plan spécialisée dans le secteur alimentaire en Estrie, connaît une forte croissance.

Reconnue pour sa culture d'entreprise humaine, dynamique et axée sur la proximité avec ses équipes, l'organisation recherche un(e) Superviseur d'entrepôt pour encadrer ses activités logistiques et soutenir le rythme élevé de ses opérations.

Description du rôle

Relevant de la Directrice des opérations, vous assurez une gestion sécuritaire, fluide et optimale de l'entrepôt et de l'inventaire. À la tête d'une équipe terrain (réception, expédition, gestionnaires d'inventaire, caristes), vous veillez à la préparation efficace des commandes, à l'exactitude des stocks et à l'alimentation continue des lignes de production, le tout dans le respect strict des normes de sécurité et de salubrité alimentaire.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gestion d'équipe & RH : Encadrer, mobiliser et soutenir votre équipe dans un climat de respect; gérer les horaires, le suivi du rendement, la formation et la discipline en collaboration avec les RH.
  • Gestion des stocks & Optimisation : Assurer la rotation des stocks, la gestion en temps réel des localisations/palettes, l'exactitude des inventaires et la coordination avec les entrepôts externes au besoin.
  • Opérations terrain : Superviser les activités quotidiennes (réception, expédition, alimentation des équipements de production) selon les politiques internes et les normes de manutention en milieu réfrigéré/alimentaire.
  • Collaboration & Amélioration continue : Travailler en étroite synergie avec la production pour suivre la disponibilité des produits et appliquer les principes d'optimisation de l'espace et des procédés (méthodes Lean).

Profil & Exigences

  • Expérience : Expérience concrète en supervision d'équipe et gestion d'entrepôt en milieu manufacturier (expérience en transformation ou distribution alimentaire, un atout majeur).
  • Formation : AEC ou DEC en logistique, gestion des opérations, transport/inventaire ou expérience équivalente.
  • Profil pratique : Joueur d'équipe « hands on », possédant idéalement ses cartes de cariste (ou très à l'aise avec la conduite d'équipements).
  • Aptitudes : Excellente gestion des priorités et grande capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement rapide et évolutif.
  • Informatique & Méthodes : Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques/systèmes d'inventaire et familiarité avec les concepts d'amélioration continue.
