Description du poste

Notre client, un acteur majeur de l'industrie agroalimentaire, est à la recherche dun Superviseur maintenance et réfrigération pour son usine de Saint-Anselme. Relevant du Chef maintenance, vous dirigerez une équipe syndiquée et veillerez à la performance des activités d'entretien, dans le respect des normes et des politiques en vigueur.

Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination des travaux de maintenance industrielle et de réfrigération, tout en assurant un encadrement rigoureux de votre équipe.

Plus précisément, vous serez appelé à :

  • Superviser les activités d'entretien préventif et correctif de l'usine ainsi que du secteur de la réfrigération.
  • Assurer l'application de la convention collective et maintenir un climat de travail mobilisateur.
  • Veiller au respect des normes HACCP et des règles en santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Coordonner et superviser les interventions des sous-traitants de différents corps de métier.
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue ainsi quà loptimisation des processus et outils de travail.

Exigences et qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales en mécanique industrielle ou en mécanique de machines fixes.
  • Expérience de trois à cinq ans en supervision d'équipe en maintenance industrielle, idéalement en milieu syndiqué.
  • Certification MMF 4A obligatoire.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de GMAO et maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Niveau d'anglais intermédiaire requis en raison des outils et des interactions liées au poste.
