Description du poste

Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie dans le domaine du plastique et œuvrant en environnement certifié IATF 16949, est à la recherche d'un Technicien de procédés afin de soutenir et optimiser ses cellules de production.

Relevant du Chef de service de production, la personne en poste agit comme référence technique pour les équipes terrain. Elle détermine, documente et ajuste les paramètres de fabrication afin dassurer la performance, la qualité et la stabilité des procédés de moulage.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Réaliser les essais de moules pour les nouveaux produits (installation, réglages, validation des paramètres) ;
  • Établir et optimiser les paramètres de procédé afin datteindre les objectifs de temps cycle, qualité et performance ;
  • Apporter un soutien technique lors des démarrages et en cas de problématiques de procédé ;
  • Analyser les causes de défaillances en considérant lensemble des éléments (machine, moule, matière, robot) ;
  • Stabiliser et améliorer les procédés en cours de fabrication ;
  • Créer et maintenir à jour les fiches de paramètres (gammes procédé) ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production, la qualité, la maintenance et le développement de procédés ;
  • Participer aux projets damélioration continue et aux analyses de risques ;
  • Contribuer au maintien des standards qualité en environnement automobile.

Exigences et expériences

  • Technique en génie du plastique ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente) ;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire ;
  • Expérience en environnement automobile (atout important) ;
  • Connaissance des concepts de moulage scientifique ;
  • Capacité à analyser et résoudre des problématiques complexes de procédé ;
  • Connaissance dun logiciel de dessin 3D ;
  • Maîtrise du français (anglais fonctionnel pour lecture de documentation) ;
  • Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire ;
  • Rigueur, autonomie et excellente capacité d'analyse.
