Notre client, une firme d'architecture reconnue pour la qualité de ses réalisations et son expertise technique, est à la recherche d'un(e) Technologue senior(e) en architecture pour assurer la surveillance, le contrôle et la coordination de projets d'envergure dans les secteurs institutionnel, public, commercial et spécialisé.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'administration de chantier, des inspections, du suivi de la conformité des travaux, de l'analyse des modifications contractuelles et de la coordination des intervenants. Vous agirez à titre d'expert-conseil auprès des clients, des entrepreneurs et de l'équipe de projet afin d'assurer la qualité, le respect des plans et devis ainsi que l'atteinte des objectifs du mandat.

Principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la surveillance et l'administration de chantier;
  • Effectuer les inspections et produire les rapports de suivi;
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et coordonner les intervenants;
  • Répondre aux demandes d'information et émettre les directives requises;
  • Réviser les dessins d'atelier et les documents techniques;
  • Analyser et négocier les changements et modifications contractuelles;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projets et les équipes de conception;
  • Agir comme mentor auprès des ressources plus juniors.

Profil recherché

  • DEC en technologie de l'architecture ou baccalauréat en architecture;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en firme d'architecture et 3 ans en surveillance de chantier au Québec;
  • Excellente connaissance des détails techniques de construction et de l'administration de contrats;
  • Maîtrise de Revit, AutoCAD et de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Carte ASP Construction valide;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication en français;
  • Capacité à se déplacer sur les chantiers de la grande région de Québec;
  • Expérience de projets institutionnels, gouvernementaux ou complexes (atout).
