Pour le compte de notre client, une grande entreprise québécoise bien établie regroupant plus de 20 entités à travers la province, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Comptable d'entreprise pour rejoindre l'équipe financière du siège social à Drummondville.

VOTRE MANDAT

Sous la supervision du contrôleur corporatif, vous prendrez en charge les opérations quotidiennes et la fermeture des livres pour l'ensemble du cycle comptable, dans un cadre structuré et stimulant.

Plus précisément, voici votre rôle au quotidien :

  • Prendre en charge l'ensemble du cycle comptable pour les entités attitrées;
  • Effectuer la tenue de livres et assurer la rigueur des opérations quotidiennes;
  • Préparer et réaliser les fermetures mensuelles et les bilans de fin de mois;
  • Produire les déclarations et rapports de taxes (TPS/TVQ);
  • Vérifier, concilier et comptabiliser les paies;
  • Participer à la préparation des états financiers et aux travaux de fin d'exercice;
  • Réaliser diverses analyses comptables et prêter main-forte aux projets connexes de l'équipe financière.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation : Baccalauréat ou DEC en comptabilité (ou toute autre formation jugée pertinente jumelée à une expérience significative);
  • Expérience : Solide maîtrise pratique du cycle comptable complet;
  • Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (particulièrement Excel) et grande facilité d'adaptation aux logiciels comptables;
  • Aptitudes personnelles : Excellent sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie; Démontrer une attitude positive, professionnelle et un fort esprit d'équipe; Excellente gestion des priorités, respect des échéanciers et débrouillardise.
