The posting

Notre client, spécialisé en câblage réseau et services informatiques, est en forte croissance.

Il est à la recherche d'un Technicien sénior informatique et réseaux qui intervient sur des environnements clients variés, dans un contexte MSP, en combinant expertise technique, écoute du client (besoins) et coordination entre plusieurs équipes.

Le poste implique des interventions à distance, en présentiel (70%) et sur la route (30%), ainsi que le suivi de réalisations et de projets, avec un rôle de coordination technique entre les équipes, incluant l'équipe de câblage.

Les interventions sont réalisées avec une réactivité maîtrisée, une priorisation efficace et une attention constante portée à la sécurité des environnements.

Responsabilités:

  • Concevoir, configurer et maintenir des réseaux Layer 3 et multisites
  • Mettre en place et gérer des VPN (site-à-site, accès distant)
  • Administrer des environnements Fortinet et Cisco
  • Déployer et gérer des environnements Ubiquiti / UniFi
  • firewalls, switches, points d'accès Wi-Fi, caméras IP
  • Administrer Windows Server 2025 et antérieurs
  • Supporter des environnements VPS
  • Administrer Microsoft 365
  • Assurer le suivi des incidents et des projets via un système de billetterie
  • Produire une documentation technique rigoureuse
  • Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes internes et partenaires
  • Participer aux décisions techniques, incluant des plans de retour arrière (rollback) lorsque requis

Profil recherché:

  • Expérience d'au moins 8 ans comme technicien informatique
  • À l'aise avec les défis techniques et les environnements exigeants
  • Capable de prendre des décisions éclairées basées sur l'expérience terrain
  • Forte sensibilité à la sécurité informatique et aux bonnes pratiques
  • Capable de jongler entre plusieurs dossiers et équipes

Atouts:

  • Expérience en environnement MSP / multi-clients
  • Connaissance de Linux (serveurs / VPS)
  • Expérience en sécurité, caméras IP ou automatisation
