Du möchtest die Energiewende aktiv mitgestalten und gleichzeitig tief in die Welt von Power-to-X, E-Fuels und Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen eintauchen? Als Werkstudent oder Praktikant kannst du uns bei der technischen und ökologischen Bewertung unserer Prozesse und Anlagen unterstützen. #sort: 175#SPM#

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Prozesssimulationen für Power-to-X- und E-Fuel-Prozesse
  • Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von Massen- und Energiebilanzen
  • Untersuchung unterschiedlicher Prozesskonfigurationen und Betriebsfälle
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) und Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
  • Berechnung und Bewertung von Treibhausgasemissionen, Energieverbräuchen und CO₂-Einsparungen
  • Unterstützung bei ISCC-Zertifizierung und zugehöriger technischer Dokumentation
  • Erhebung, Strukturierung und Plausibilisierung von Prozess-, Energie- und Emissionsdaten
  • Recherche zu regulatorischen und methodischen Anforderungen, insbesondere für E-Fuels und RFNBOs
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Berechnungsmethoden, Modelle und Templates
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Verfahrenstechnik, Technologieentwicklung, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen

Dein Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen, Energie- und Umwelttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an Power-to-X, E-Fuels, Prozesssimulation und Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Prozesssimulationen, z. B. Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit LCA, PCF, Carbon Accounting oder Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung sind von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis für Massen- und Energiebilanzen sowie thermodynamische Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
