1.具备机械、电气、材料或质量管理等专业本科及以上学历； 2.熟悉机械加工、零部件装配、PCB板焊接工艺、电机线束组装等工艺过程或有过同类产品实习经验； 3.了解常规质量管理工具，如FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、Pareto图、鱼骨图、FTA等； 4.具备英文口语沟通、报告书写能力； 5.可以正确看懂二维图纸，可以使用CAD或其他软件操作三维模型。
