Inovarion est un centre de Recherche et d'Innovation créé en 2013. À l'interface entre recherche fondamentale et développement industriel, Inovarion apporte son savoir-faire et son expertise aux grands acteurs publics et privés des Sciences du Vivant. Devenu en 13 ans un acteur central de la Recherche et du Développement en France, Inovarion a pour mission principale de contribuer à l'avancée des connaissances scientifiques dans les Sciences du Vivant.

Avec notre accompagnement, votre mission principale sera de mener à bien des projets de recherche chez nos clients en participant à leur conception, conduite et réalisation. Vous aurez à définir, mettre en place et exécuter l'ensemble des techniques nécessaires à la réalisation expérimentale des projets de recherche qui vous seront confiés. Vous aurez aussi à traiter, analyser, interpréter les données et valider les résultats. Enfin, vous participerez à la diffusion et la valorisation des résultats des programmes de recherche réalisés par Inovarion.

La mission

Pour ce projet, la mission confiée consistera à réaliser différents types d'analyses microbiologiques afin d'assurer des standards de propreté et la conformité des produits dans un contexte privé. Vous interviendrez ainsi sur une large diversité d'échantillons et de matrices, à différentes étapes du cycle de production.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • préparer les échantillons et mettre en œuvre les protocoles adaptés à chaque matrice (dilutions, enrichissement, ensemencement, incubation) ;
  • lire et interpréter les résultats, puis identifier les micro-organismes détectés ;
  • statuer sur la conformité au regard des spécifications applicables et participer au traitement des non-conformités ;
  • assurer la traçabilité complète des analyses et la saisie des résultats dans le système de gestion du laboratoire ;
  • contribuer au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire : préparation des milieux, gestion des consommables, hygiène et sécurité.

Compétences recherchées

Pour ce projet, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) (H/F) détenant les compétences suivantes :

  • titulaire d'une formation en microbiologie (BTS, BUT, DUT, licence professionnelle…) ;
  • maîtrise des techniques de base : travail en conditions aseptiques, préparation des milieux, dilutions en cascade, ensemencement ;
  • expérience en enrichissement microbiologique : connaissances en milieux de culture liquides (bouillons) pour favoriser la croissance de microorganismes ;
  • expérience en dénombrement et quantification : numération des colonies sur des milieux de culture solides ou liquides, expression des résultats en UFC ;
  • expérience en identification bactérienne et fongique : observation microscopique, coloration de Gram, tests biochimiques et enzymatiques ;
  • rigueur documentaire et aisance avec les outils de saisie et de traçabilité des résultats (LIMS ou équivalent) ;
  • anglais technique permettant la lecture de protocoles.

Une première expérience en contrôle qualité en environnement industriel ou audité serait appréciée.
