Agência especializada em realizar sonhos, por meio de vendas de veículos seminovos, contrata Consultor de Vendas, para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

- Atender os clientes com excelência, entendendo suas necessidades e apresentando as melhores opções de veículos seminovos; - Realizar a negociação com os clientes, buscando fechar os melhores negócios; - Apresentação de veículos e realização de test drive; - Manter atualizadas as informações sobre os veículos disponíveis em estoque; - Tratar leads via whatsapp, telefone e redes sociais, analisando sua potencialidade e agendamento de visitas presenciais na loja; - Trabalhar redes sociais, fazendo stories, vídeos e conteúdos diversos para aumentar os resultados das vendas; - Realizar o processo de aprovação de financiamentos junto aos bancos; - Acompanhar o processo de venda desde o primeiro contato até a entrega do veículo; - Participar de treinamentos e atualizações sobre o mercado de veículos seminovos.

Jornada presencial Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta-feira, das 09:00 às 18:00 ou das 10:00 às 19:00; aos sábados, das 09:00 às 16:00; e 1x por mês, aos domingos.

Buscamos profissionais que possuam: - Experiência com vendas (desejável no setor automotivo); - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente; - Capacidade de negociação e fechamento de vendas; - Conhecimento sobre o mercado de veículos seminovos; - Proatividade, organização e foco em resultados; - CNH B.

- Salário fixo + comissões atrativas sobre vendas, com ganhos de até 10.000,00, de acordo com o desempenho. - Estrutura de trabalho - Carteira de clientes / leads - Oportunidade real de crescimento
