The posting

Distribuidora consolidade e exclusiva de produtos veterinários, contrata Encarregado de Depósito, para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

  • Liderar e orientar a equipe de depósito/estoque.
  • Organizar recebimento, conferência e armazenagem de mercadorias.
  • Controlar inventários, acuracidade de estoque e giro de produtos.
  • Acompanhar separação, expedição e carregamento de pedidos.
  • Garantir cumprimento de procedimentos, segurança e 5S.
  • Monitorar indicadores (ruptura, perdas, produtividade etc.).
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos e layout do depósito.

Jornada presencial Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00 às 18:00

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Encarregado(a) de Depósito, Estoque ou Líder de Armazém.
  • Vivência em operações de distribuição, atacado, logística ou centros de distribuição.
  • Conhecimento de rotinas de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição.
  • Habilidade para liderar, treinar e engajar equipes operacionais.
  • Organização, senso de urgência e foco em resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em distribuidoras de produtos pet, veterinários ou alimentícios.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de estoque (ERP/WMS).
  • Noções de indicadores logísticos e inventário rotativo.
  • Vivência com boas práticas de armazenagem e segurança do trabalho.
