Empresa renomada no segmento de estética capilar, contrata Recepcionista para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

  • Recepcionar clientes, visitantes e colaboradores com cordialidade.
  • Atender ligações, WhatsApp e e-mails, fazendo o direcionamento correto.
  • Controlar entrada e saída de pessoas, correspondências e entregas.
  • Organizar agenda de salas de reunião e apoiar eventos internos.
  • Prestar suporte administrativo (cadastros, planilhas, arquivos).
  • Manter a recepção organizada, funcional e sempre apresentável.
  • Apoiar outras áreas em demandas simples de atendimento e rotina.

Jornada presencial Horário de trabalho: de 5x2 - comercial de terça a sábado das 11:00 às 21:00

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como recepcionista, atendente ou similar.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, pontualidade e postura profissional.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática (e-mail, planilhas, agenda).
  • Facilidade para lidar com público e resolver demandas do dia a dia.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em recepção corporativa, clínica, hotel ou escritório.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de agendamento ou CRM.
  • Noções de atendimento ao cliente e técnicas de hospitalidade.
  • Segundo ou terceiro idioma será considerado um diferencial.
