Objetivo do cargo

Desenvolver, implementar e aprimorar os processos de engenharia de dados, utilizando rigorosamente às melhores práticas de governança de dados. Criar e sustentar recursos de dados altamente eficazes, facilitando a coleta, tratamento, integração e armazenamento de informações provenientes de múltiplas fontes, garantindo assim a qualidade, segurança e integridade dos dados em todas as fases do processo.

Principais responsabilidades

Projetar, construir, automatizar e manter pipelines de dados

Implementar modelos de dados e arquiteturas de armazenamento

Efetuar coleta e tratamento de dados (inclusive, anonimização de dados)

Garantir a qualidade e a integridade dos dados

Realizar atividades de governança de dados

Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares para construção de soluções de dados

Otimizar sistemas de dados para melhorar a performance e a capacidade de resposta.

Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tecnologias e práticas em engenharia de dados.

Manter documentação detalhada de processos, fluxos de dados e arquitetura para facilitar a colaboração e registros.

Requisitos

Formação:

Superior em Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência comprovada em engenharia de dados ou papel similar.

Desejável experiência na análise de dados.

Competências técnicas:

Inglês intermediário

Experiência comprovada em engenharia de dados ou papel similar.

Proficiência em linguagens de programação e análise de dados, como Python ou R.

Experiência com ferramentas de big data como Databricks, Spark, etc.

Conhecimento sólido em T-SQL e bancos de dados NoSQL.

Conhecimento dos recursos da plataforma Microsoft.

Conhecimento com ferramentas de orquestração, automação e integração de dados, como Datafactory ou similares.
