Objetivo do cargo

Atuar no desenvolvimento e na operação de ações que conectem alunos ao mercado de trabalho, com foco em recrutamento e seleção, oportunidades e preparação profissional. Contribuir para ampliar a empregabilidade dos estudantes e a aproximação com empresas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir e apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção para estudantes, em parceria com empresas e áreas internas.
  • Organizar e acompanhar a divulgação de vagas, as inscrições e os processos seletivos na plataforma de carreiras.
  • Planejar e executar ações de preparação profissional, como oficinas, palestras, painéis e atividades de conexão com o mercado.
  • Apoiar a realização de feiras, eventos e iniciativas de aproximação entre alunos e empresas.
  • Desenvolver conteúdos, materiais e recursos que apoiem os alunos na preparação para processos seletivos e oportunidades de carreira.
  • Registrar informações relevantes, acompanhar dados e indicadores da área e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe de Carreiras, áreas internas e parceiros externos para viabilizar as ações da área.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Engenharia, Educação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em recrutamento e seleção, desenvolvimento de talentos, programas de estágio e trainee, empregabilidade, carreira ou relacionamento com empresas.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita, organização, autonomia e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes públicos.
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de vagas, ferramentas de produtividade e acompanhamento de dados e indicadores. Inglês intermediário desejável.
