Objetivo do cargo

Apoiar na criação, produção e publicação de conteúdos para redes sociais institucionais, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da presença digital da marca.

Principais responsabilidades

• Planejar, produzir e publicar conteúdos para redes sociais (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube e outras);

• Criar roteiros, filmar e editar vídeos com foco em redes sociais, utilizando o CapCut;

• Escrever textos criativos e com domínio de copywriting para legendas, chamadas e roteiros;

• Pesquisar e aplicar tendências de formatos e temas relevantes para nossos públicos;

• Participar de pautas e reuniões de planejamento editorial;

• Atuar em colaboração com outras frentes da área para ações integradas (eventos, imprensa, comunicação interna etc.);

• Realizar cobertura de eventos presenciais e captar conteúdos em tempo real;

• Apoiar a equipe para garantir o ritmo de publicações planejada no calendário editorial.

Requisitos

• Formação de Comunicação Social

• Experiência anterior com redes sociais, produção de conteúdo e edição de vídeos;

• Conhecimento prático do CapCut (edição de vídeos para Instagram, TikTok etc.);

• Boa redação e criatividade para formatos diversos de conteúdo (texto, vídeo, imagem);

• Noções sobre algoritmos das principais plataformas (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube);

• Interesse em comunicação digital, conteúdo e inovação;

• Organização, proatividade e disposição para aprender e se desenvolver na área.

Desejável

• Familiaridade com ferramentas de agendamento e monitoramento de redes sociais;

• Experiência com Canva ou outras ferramentas de criação de peças visuais;

• Interesse por audiovisual, storytelling e linguagem digital.

• Experiência com cobertura de eventos e conteúdo ao vivo;

• Vivência anterior em ambiente educacional ou institucional é um diferencial.
