📌 *PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:*

· Realizar controle de contas a pagar e receber das carteiras de imóveis administrados.

· Efetuar conciliações bancárias diárias, identificando e corrigindo divergências;

· Lançar despesas no Banco e no Sistema da Empresa;

· Controlar fluxo de caixa;

· Processar repasses de aluguéis aos proprietários dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;

· Conferir recebimentos de aluguéis, taxas condominiais, encargos e demais receitas;

· Emitir boletos, recibos, relatórios financeiros e demonstrativos de prestação de contas;

· Acompanhar índices de inadimplência e realizar ações de cobrança administrativa;

· Controlar vencimentos contratuais, reajustes de aluguel e garantias locatícias;

· Participar da implantação e utilização do Sistema Live Facilites (para administração de processos administrativos e demais);

· Apoiar os processos de renovação, encerramento e transferência de contratos de locação;

· Realizar acompanhamento financeiro de rescisões e acertos contratuais;

· Elaborar relatórios gerenciais de receitas, despesas, inadimplência e indicadores financeiros para apoio à tomada de decisão da gestão;

· Fornecer informações e documentações para contabilidade e auditorias;

· Experiência anterior como Analista em administratdora de imóveis ou afins;

· Graduação ou Curso técnico em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;

· Conhecimento Pacote Office;

· Conhecimento avançado em EXCEL para utilização de PROCV e SOMASE;

· Conhecimento no Sistema Live Facilites;

· Organização, atenção aos detalhes e prazos;

· Pro atividade;

· Boa comunicação com clientes, gestores e equipe.
