PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES

Recepção e Experiência do paciente:

  • Recepcionar pacientes com cordialidade e excelência;
  • Realizar cadastros e oferecer suporte durante toda a jornada do paciente;
  • Garantir uma experiência acolhedora desde o primeiro contato até o pós-atendimento.

Agendamento:

  • Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e remarcações de consultas;
  • Organizar e acompanhar a agenda de atendimentos;
  • Responder mensagens e ligações pelos canais de comunicação da clínica, especialmente WhatsApp e telefone com clareza e cordialidade.

Comercial, Leads e Vendas:

  • Responder e acompanhar leads provenientes de campanhas, redes sociais, WhatsApp e outros canais;
  • Apresentar, divulgar e comercializar os serviços oferecidos pela clínica;
  • Realizar vendas de cursos destinados a alunos de graduação e pós-graduação;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre cursos, conteúdos, formatos, condições comerciais e processos de inscrição, conforme as informações disponibilizadas pela instituição;
  • Acompanhar potenciais alunos durante o processo de decisão e matrícula;
  • Realizar ações de recall, reativação de contatos e recuperação de oportunidades;
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas comerciais e para o crescimento da clínica e de suas atividades educacionais.
  • Manter contato ativo com pacientes e alunos, garatindo um atendimento profissional, humanizado.

Atividades Administrativas

  • Receber pagamentos de consultas e serviços particulares;
  • Emitir recibos e notas fiscais;
  • Realizar fechamento diário de caixa e registrar movimentações em sistemas e planilhas.
  • Auxiliar nos processos administrativos e na organização de documentos;
  • Atualizar cadastros, registros de contatos e informações comerciais nos sistemas utilizados.
  • Zelar pela organização e limpeza do ambiente da clínica;

QUALIFICAÇÕES E PERFIL

  • Ensino Médio Completo - Graduação e/ou Cursos Tecnicos em Gestão Comercial, Secretariado e áreas afins será um diferencial.
  • Experiência na função, com atuação na área médica;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil comercial, persuasão e habilidade de negociação;
  • Facilidade para atendimento digital e comunicação por WhatsApp;
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais, planilhas e sistemas de gestão;
  • Comprometimento com a experiência do cliente e com os resultados da empresa.

FORMATO TRABALHO

  • CLT
  • Presencial: Segunda a sexta 8h a 17h

Remuneração Fixo: R$ 2.500,00 + VT

VR: R$ 30,00 (diário)

Variável: Comissão 2% sobre vendas + Premiações progressivas por atingimento de metas e indicadores. Valor médio: R$ 1.000 .
