📊 PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Atendimento ao Paciente: Realizar atendimento presencial, por WhatsApp, telefone e demais canais do consultório, com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção. Responder às mensagens e aos contatos de potenciais pacientes conforme os prazos e padrões estabelecidos, acompanhando a jornada desde o primeiro contato até o pós-consulta ou pós-cirurgia.
  • Recepção: Recepcionar e acolher os pacientes, organizar o fluxo de atendimento e acompanhar sua permanência no consultório, proporcionando uma experiência atenciosa e personalizada.
  • Gestão Agenda: Agendar, confirmar e reagendar consultas e retornos, conforme as orientações do médico. Manter a agenda organizada, acompanhar cancelamentos e buscar o preenchimento de horários disponíveis.
  • Tratativa Comercial de Consultas: Apresentar valores, esclarecer condições de pagamento e conduzir o paciente de forma educada e acolhedora até a confirmação e o agendamento de consulta.
  • Relacionamento e Acompanhamento: Desenvolver o relacionamento com novos pacientes e com a base do consultório, realizar ações de retorno e reativação e acompanhar a satisfação com o atendimento. Encaminhar dúvidas clínicas ao médico ou à equipe assistencial.
  • Rotinas Administrativas e Financeiras: Realizar cobranças e recebimentos, registrar pagamentos, atualizar cadastros e organizar documentos e controles internos. Receber materiais e insumos, conferir entregas e controlar o estoque.
  • Organização do Consultório: Zelar pela apresentação e organização da recepção e dos espaços de atendimento, acompanhar necessidades de manutenção dos equipamentos e prestar apoio pontual à copa, oferecendo água, café e chá aos pacientes.

  • 42hs semana: Segunda a Sexta conforme funcionamento da Clinica.
  • Ensino Médio Completo - Cursos e especialização como Secretariado, Gestão Comercial e afins será um diferencial;
  • Experiência no Cargo de Asssistente de Clínica e/ou Consultório;
  • Conhecimento Pacote Office;
  • Fácil acesso Barra da Tijuca.

  • Salário fixo: R$ 2.300,00;

  • Ajuda de custo Alimentação: R$ 20,00 (diário);
  • Variável Mensal: Premiação por marcação de consultas e atingimento de metas financeiras da Clínica. Valor médio de R$ 1.000, 00 (mensal).
