WE ARE HIRING: Customer Service Representative

Location: CCC Outlet, Colombo, Sri Lanka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-presented Customer Service Representatives to join its retail team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the outlet.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess the ability to create a positive shopping experience while helping achieve outlet objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
  • Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining outlet presentation standards.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Contribute to achieving outlet sales and customer service objectives.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on a roster basis and adapt to shift schedules.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.

Working Schedule

  • Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Required to work all three shifts on a roster basis.
  • 6 working days per week.
  • Weekly off day will be allocated on a weekday, preferably between Monday and Wednesday.
