Você fará parte do time de Digital Sales – Crédito Consignado, atuando na oferta e comercialização de Empréstimo Consignado e Seguro (Prestamista) para servidores públicos (federais, estaduais e municipais), além de aposentados e pensionistas do INSS. Nossa área está em expansão e opera em um mercado altamente competitivo e regulado, exigindo agilidade, foco no cliente e alta performance — sem abrir mão de um atendimento humanizado, ético e orientado à solução.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Realizar a oferta ativa e receptiva de crédito consignado e seguro, conduzindo o cliente do primeiro contato até o fechamento da operação;
  • Prospectar clientes, contornar objeções, acompanhar retornos (ligações e mensagens) e atuar na fidelização;
  • Identificar o perfil e a necessidade do cliente para propor a solução de crédito mais adequada, com atuação consultiva e ética;
  • Registrar e acompanhar interações no CRM, mantendo a carteira/funil atualizado e garantindo follow-ups dentro do prazo;
  • Atuar em atendimento receptivo via URA e canais digitais (ex.: WhatsApp Business), com organização e gestão de tempo;
  • Negociar condições comerciais conforme políticas e alçadas, equilibrando satisfação do cliente e resultado do negócio;
  • Trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas do dia a dia, como sistemas de originação de crédito (Frontbank), pacote Office, discadores, telefonia e consultas a bureaus;
  • Buscar o atingimento das metas mensais definidas pelo orçamento da Diretoria, monitorando desempenho e ajustando abordagem quando necessário;
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre taxas, legislação do consignado, normativas e boas práticas do mercado.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia com vendas de crédito consignado ou atuação como correspondente bancário, com capacidade comprovada de atingir metas;
  • Conhecimento do público do consignado (INSS, aposentados, pensionistas e servidores públicos) e sensibilidade para atendimento humanizado e ético;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva, com perfil consultivo e orientação à solução;
  • Resiliência e boa gestão de rejeição (contorno de objeções);
  • Organização e gestão do tempo para lidar com múltiplas demandas e follow-ups;
  • Familiaridade com CRM e Pacote Office para gestão de carteira e registro de interações;
  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo.

Desejáveis (Diferenciais):

  • Experiência com portabilidade e refinanciamento consignado;
  • Vivência com sistemas de originação de crédito em instituições financeiras (ex.: Frontbank ou similares);
  • Experiência com operação ativa usando discador e/ou WhatsApp Business;
  • Experiência em Bancos/Correspondentes Bancarios;
  • Gestão de carteira de clientes de crédito consignado.
