Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do nosso time de Wealth Management, sendo responsável por assessorar uma carteira de clientes alta renda (ticket a partir de R$ 1,5mm). Sua missão será oferecer consultoria financeira personalizada, desenvolver estratégias de investimento adequadas ao perfil do investidor e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável dos ativos sob gestão.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

• Gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com carteira de clientes wealth

• Realizar assessoria de investimentos personalizada através dos canais digitais

• Executar rotina comercial ativa para captação de recursos e novos negócios

• Analisar cenário macroeconômico e traduzir tendências em recomendações de investimento

• Manter CRM atualizado e acompanhar indicadores de performance comercial

• Garantir compliance com normas regulatórias e políticas institucionais

• Desenvolver e executar estratégias de expansão da base de clientes wealth

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios: • Graduação completa • Certificação C Pro-R • Experiência com clientes alta renda com ticket a partir de R$ 1mm • Domínio do pacote Office • Sólido conhecimento do mercado financeiro e produtos de investimento • Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal • Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica • Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas

Desejáveis: • Certificação CFP (Certified Financial Planner) • Experiência em corretoras de investimento • Conhecimento da plataforma Salesforce • Experiência com gestão de carteiras de investimento • Segunda graduação ou pós-graduação em áreas afins
