Objectifs du poste

Assurer, en tant que représentant du maître d’ouvrage sur le terrain, le suivi complet du chantier, la coordination des entreprises locales, le respect du cahier des charges et la sécurité des travaux, afin de garantir une construction conforme, maîtrisée et livrée dans les délais.

Description du poste

Missions principales

1. Supervision quotidienne du chantier

  • Suivre l’avancement des travaux sur site : terrassement, gestion des eaux, structures métalliques PV, câblage, poste électrique, transformateurs.
  • Contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux selon les plans, normes et spécifications techniques.
  • Vérifier la conformité qualité des ouvrages électriques et des installations photovoltaïques.

2. Pilotage des sous‑traitants & entreprises locales

  • Coordonner et superviser les entreprises locales impliquées dans le projet.
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes terrain et le maître d’ouvrage.
  • S’assurer du respect des engagements contractuels, des plannings et des règles HSE.
  • Évaluer la performance des sous‑traitants et proposer des mesures correctives si nécessaire.

3. Animation des réunions et reporting

  • Organiser et animer les réunions de chantier hebdomadaires.
  • Assurer le lien régulier avec le chargé d’affaires basé en France (N+1) : points d’avancement, alertes, risques, décisions à prendre.
  • Produire des rapports d’avancement, remontées terrain, non‑conformités, compte‑rendus techniques.

4. Contrôle qualité & conformité aux normes

  • Vérifier la conformité au cahier des charges, aux normes électriques (NF C15‑100, normes PV, normes HT/BT).
  • Réaliser ou faire réaliser les inspections qualité (ITP, contrôles visuels, tests électriques, essais).
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des non-conformités jusqu’à leur clôture.

5. Sécurité & Environnement (HSE)

  • Garantir le respect strict des règles de sécurité sur site.
  • Superviser les acteurs HSE et s’assurer que les plans de prévention sont appliqués.
  • Faire respecter les procédures d’accès chantier, permis de travail, consignations électriques, etc.

Qualifications

Profil recherché

Expérience

  • 15 ans d’expérience minimum en supervision de travaux dans le domaine industriel/électrique.
  • Expérience significative sur projets solaires (centrales PV > 10 MW).
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que représentant du client / maître d’ouvrage.
  • Solide expérience de pilotage de sous‑traitants, idéalement dans des environnements insulaires ou isolés.
  • Expérience en Nouvelle‑Calédonie = énorme plus (maîtrise du tissu local et réglementaire).

Compétences techniques

  • Spécialiste électricité / électrotechnique (HT/BT, postes électriques, transformateurs, réseaux).
  • Très bon niveau en contrôle qualité, inspection et lecture de plans.
  • Connaissances solides en :structures métalliques PV câblage DC/AC postes de transformation normes électriques françaises et internationales
  • Connaissances en terrassement & gestion des eaux (coordination).

Compétences comportementales

  • Leadership terrain affirmé.
  • Grande rigueur et autonomie.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication.
  • Bonne gestion du stress et capacité à anticiper les problèmes.
  • Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et parfois isolé.

Formation

  • Bac+2 à Bac+5 en électricité / électrotechnique / énergie / génie industriel.
  • Certifications électriques (habilitation HT/BT, contrôle qualité) appréciées.
  • Connaissance des normes solaires et des pratiques de construction photovoltaïque.
