Réalisation des essais techniques

• Préparation des tests : Le technicien d’essai prépare les équipements et les instruments

nécessaires pour réaliser les tests. Cela inclut la configuration des bancs d'essai, la

calibration des instruments, et la mise en place des procédures spécifiques aux essais.

• Exécution des tests : Il réalise des tests fonctionnels, mécaniques, électriques,

thermiques, acoustiques, etc., en fonction du type de produit. Ces tests permettent de

mesurer les performances des produits dans différentes conditions (température,

humidité, pression, etc.).

• Déroulement des essais : Pendant les essais, le technicien déroule les protocoles

spécifiés par le Bureau d’étude

Analyse des résultats

• Identification des anomalies : Lors des essais, le technicien d’essai observe les résultats

pour détecter toute anomalie, déviation ou non-conformité par rapport aux

spécifications.

• Analyse des écarts : Lorsque des résultats ne correspondent pas aux attentes du

protocole, le technicien analyse les causes possibles (erreurs de fabrication, défauts de

conception, problèmes de câblage, problème d’outils)

• Rédaction de rapports d’essai : Après chaque test, le technicien rédige un rapport

détaillant les résultats obtenus, les anomalies éventuelles et les conclusions techniques.

Ces rapports sont utilisés pour communiquer les performances des produits aux

ingénieurs projets ou aux responsables qualité.

Respect des normes et des procédures

• Application des normes : Le technicien d’essai veille à respecter les normes de sécurité,

de qualité et les réglementations en vigueur dans l'industrie concernée (par exemple, les

normes ISO, IEC, etc.).

• Mise à jour des procédures : Si des ajustements sont nécessaires pour améliorer les

tests ou les procédures de validation, le technicien participe à l’élaboration de nouvelles

méthodes ou à la mise à jour des protocoles existants.

Gestion documentaire et traçabilité

• Suivi des essais : Le technicien est responsable de la gestion de la documentation

relative aux essais réalisés (formulaires, rapports, fiches de suivi des tests, etc.). Il doit

assurer une traçabilité complète des essais réalisés sur chaque produit.

• Archivage des résultats : Les résultats des tests doivent être archivés correctement pour

être utilisés lors de futures analyses ou audits qualité

✓ Formation à l’utilisation des extincteurs
