Wil jij als gedragswetenschapper écht van betekenis zijn voor jeugd en gezinnen? Ben jij analytisch sterk en werk je graag samen met verschillende disciplines om de beste zorg te bieden? Voor een samenwerkingspartner van Jeugdprofessionals Nederland zoeken wij een Gedragswetenschapper Jeugdzorg in Friesland (o.a. Leeuwarden, Drachten en omgeving).

In deze rol werk je met kinderen en jongeren in de jeugdzorg met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan hun ontwikkeling en begeleiding, terwijl je collega’s ondersteunt en de kwaliteit van zorg binnen het team naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Gedragswetenschapper Jeugdzorg analyseer je gedrag en stel je behandel- en begeleidingsplannen op. Je adviseert en ondersteunt begeleiders bij de uitvoering, ook bij complexe casussen, en draagt bij aan een veilige en stabiele leefomgeving.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met (GZ-)psychologen, orthopedagogen, vaktherapeuten en andere specialisten, gericht op kinderen en jongeren (0-18 jaar) met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking, vaak met complexe ondersteuningsbehoeften zoals ASS, ADHD of hechtingsproblematiek.

Je levert heldere adviezen, neemt deel aan overleggen, versterkt de deskundigheid van het team en bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg, waarbij samenwerking centraal staat.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een afgeronde universitaire (master) opleiding, zoals Orthopedagogiek of Psychologie.
  • In het bezit van een SKJ registratie (BAPD is een pré).
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32-36 uur per week.
  • Ervaring binnen de jeugdzorg of met een vergelijkbare doelgroep is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet goed samen te werken.
  • Rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
