This is a remote legal opportunity focused on civil and banking matters, with particular emphasis on the analysis of judicial decisions and calculations. The role involves reviewing condemnation judgments and ensuring accurate handling of related financial information. You will prepare client reports and support the completion of internal documentation related to judicial outcomes. The position requires familiarity with Brazilian electronic court systems and day-to-day procedural workflows. You will work in a professional environment that values technical expertise, collaboration, continuous development, and technology. The opportunity is suited to a licensed attorney with practical experience in civil law and the banking sector.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze judicial sentences and decisions, particularly those involving civil and banking matters.
  • Review judicial calculations associated with condemnation judgments, identifying relevant amounts and potential discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and properly documented.
  • Complete internal documentation and condemnation-related records (PA de condenação) based on case outcomes.
  • Work with electronic judicial systems and procedural information to support efficient case management.
  • Apply legal and analytical expertise to support accurate processing and communication of judicial results.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Professional experience and solid knowledge in Civil Law, particularly in banking-related matters.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian electronic judicial systems, such as PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze judicial decisions and associated calculations with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for reviewing case information and preparing reports.
  • Clear written communication and ability to present legal and procedural information accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
