Unser Kunde ist ein wachsendes europäisches Technologieunternehmen in einem anspruchsvollen industriellen Umfeld. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert komplexe technische Systeme und befindet sich aktuell in einer starken Skalierungsphase. Für den weiteren Ausbau der Beschaffungsorganisation suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Procurement Specialist (m/w/d), der strategischen Einkauf nicht nur operativ versteht, sondern Lieferantenstrukturen, Kosten und Versorgungssicherheit langfristig mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien für technische Komponenten, Warengruppen und Dienstleistungen Identifikation, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld Aufbau langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten, Lieferfähigkeit und Skalierbarkeit Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Gestaltung kommerzieller Rahmenbedingungen Identifikation von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit Engineering und Produktion sowie Mitarbeit an Value-Engineering-Initiativen Frühzeitige Identifikation von Supply-Chain-Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Absicherung kritischer Komponenten und Lieferketten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion, Quality, Finance und Operations Verantwortung als zentraler Procurement-Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte Projekte und Warengruppen Frühzeitige Einbindung und Vorbereitung von Lieferanten bei neuen Produkten und Produktionsanläufen Unterstützung bei Materialverfügbarkeit und Koordination relevanter Beschaffungsaktivitäten entlang der Projekte Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen, Lieferantenbewertungen und Procurement-KPIs Strukturierte Pflege von Verträgen, Lieferantendokumentationen und relevanten Beschaffungsdaten

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Procurement, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion Erfahrung in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld, idealerweise in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Robotics, Industrial Tech, Electronics oder vergleichbaren Branchen Sehr gutes Verständnis von strategischem Supplier Management und dem Aufbau belastbarer Lieferketten Erfahrung in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten Sicherer Umgang mit Kostenstrukturen, Lieferantenbewertungen und kommerziellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion, Quality und Operations Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Produktionshochläufen, New Product Introduction (NPI) oder dem Aufbau skalierbarer Lieferantenstrukturen Erfahrung mit technisch komplexen Komponenten und anspruchsvollen bzw. begrenzten Lieferketten von Vorteil Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und gutes technisches Verständnis Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
