Standort: München | Hybrid Für ein wachsendes Technologieunternehmen im Defence-Umfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer (m/w/d), der komplexe IT- und Softwarearchitekturen im militärischen Umfeld versteht und technische Lösungen von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung begleiten kann. Die Rolle verbindet Solution Architecture, technische Beratung und Defence-Domain-Know-how. Gesucht wird jemand, der sowohl mit Kunden und öffentlichen Stakeholdern als auch mit internen Engineering- und Architekturteams sicher zusammenarbeiten kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung ganzheitlicher IT- und Softwarearchitekturen für komplexe Defence-Anwendungen Übersetzung operativer und fachlicher Anforderungen in belastbare technische Lösungsarchitekturen Technische Beratung von Kunden und Projektpartnern Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Architekturmodellen auf Basis relevanter Defence-Architekturstandards Gestaltung von Lösungen für Cloud-, On-Premise-, Edge- und deployable environments Begleitung technischer Lösungen über den gesamten IT-Service-Lifecycle Abstimmung und Koordination interner und externer Architekten sowie technischer Teams Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Lösungsdesigns und Architekturunterlagen Unterstützung bei technischen Workshops, Angebotsprozessen und Kundenpräsentationen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktmanagement und Business Development

Dein Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Solutions Architect, Software Architect, Systems Architect, Enterprise Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Beratungsrolle Erfahrung im Defence-, Military- oder Public-Sector-Umfeld Idealerweise militärischer Hintergrund oder praktische Projekterfahrung mit Bundeswehr, NATO oder vergleichbaren Organisationen Praktische Erfahrung mit NAF v4 und/oder ADMBw Sehr gutes Verständnis komplexer IT-, Software- und Systemarchitekturen Erfahrung mit Architektur- und Prozessframeworks wie TOGAF, BPMN und ITIL, idealerweise mit entsprechenden Zertifizierungen Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Architekturen und -Prozessen Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud- und Container-Technologien, insbesondere Kubernetes Erfahrung mit On-Premise-, Edge- und deployable IT-Umgebungen Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich gegenüber technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern zu vermitteln Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen

Statt ausschließlich bestehende Systeme zu verwalten, geht es darum, neue Lösungen aufzubauen, technische Konzepte mitzuentwickeln und militärische sowie operationelle Anforderungen in moderne IT- und Softwarearchitekturen zu übersetzen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Architekturentscheidungen und technische Standards aktiv mitzugestalten und eng mit Kunden, Engineering-Teams und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
