Descrição da vaga

Buscamos um(a) profissional para executar as atividades operacionais e administrativas de RH com autonomia e dar suporte aos processos internos da empresa. É uma oportunidade para quem já tem vivência na área e quer atuar de forma ampla, do recrutamento à gestão de benefícios.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Auxiliar na condução de processos seletivos
  • Fazer a gestão e o controle do ponto e corrigir divergências
  • Lançar as variáveis da folha
  • Planejar as férias dos colaboradores
  • Controlar os benefícios e manter contato com os fornecedores de benefícios
  • Controlar os documentos trabalhistas e manter os cadastros dos colaboradores atualizados
  • Controlar os exames admissionais e periódicos
  • Auxiliar na organização de eventos internos

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão de RH ou Psicologia
  • Experiência anterior na área de Recursos Humanos
  • Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista básica
  • Excel em nível intermediário

Informações adicionais

  • Local de trabalho: Bom Jesus do Itabapoana/RJ
  • Carga horária: 44 horas semanais
  • Horário de segunda a sexta: das 7h às 17h ou das 8h às 18h, com 2 horas de almoço
  • Horário aos sábados: das 7h às 11h
