  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, garantindo assertividade nas contratações e contribuindo para a redução do turnover;
  • Divulgar vagas em diferentes canais, realizar entrevistas por competências, dinâmicas de grupo e testes comportamentais/técnicos;
  • Manter o banco de talentos atualizado e organizado;
  • Realizar entrevistas de desligamento, consolidar informações e elaborar relatórios de causas e indicadores;
  • Apoiar e executar programas internos que fortaleçam a cultura organizacional e estimulem o engajamento;
  • Planejar e conduzir treinamentos de integração e capacitação de colaboradores;
  • Auxiliar no mapeamento de necessidades de treinamento e no acompanhamento de resultados;
  • Lançar e controlar notas fiscais do setor de Gente e Gestão;
  • Acompanhar e lançar no sistema medidas disciplinares.

Local de trabalho: Lavras / MG (Presencial)

Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo
  • Experiência com processos de Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gerenciar demandas simultâneas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com recrutamento de vagas operacionais e industriais.
  • Vivência com processos seletivos de alto volume.
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de recrutamento e seleção, como Sólides.
