En Finden Talent estamos en búsqueda de un Analista de reclutamiento y selección por proyecto.

Como Analista de reclutamiento y selección, tu misión será desarrollar estrategias para atraer y seleccionar a los mejores talentos para nuestra organización.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades se encuentran:

  1. Publicar ofertas de empleo en diferentes plataformas.
  2. Asistir a reuniones de levantamiento de perfil y documentar información
  3. Filtrar candidatos en distintas plataformas de empleo
  4. Contactar candidatos seleccionados para procesos de selección
  5. Realizar entrevistas psico laborales a candidatos por competencias y emitir informes largos o ejecutivos
  6. Crea test online para candidatos y aplicar
  7. Chequear referencias de candidatos

Para desempeñarte en este rol con éxito, buscamos profesionales con formación universitaria en Psicología u otra carrera afín, con experiencia en reclutamiento, selección y contratación, preferiblemente en reclutamiento masivo. Además, es fundamental que cuentes con habilidades de comunicación efectiva, capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas, organización y gestión del tiempo, y experiencia en el uso de tecnologías de reclutamiento. Deberás poseer conocimientos en procesos de reclutamiento y selección, técnicas de entrevista y evaluación.

Requisitos

Requisitos:- Educación: Psicólogo, u otra carrera del área, pero con experiencia en aplicación de pruebas psicológicas y evaluaciones.- Experiencia: En reclutamiento, selección y contratación, preferiblemente en reclutamiento masivo de a lo menos 1 año

Habilidades:- Comunicación efectiva- Análisis y resolución de problemas- Organización y gestión del tiempo- Uso de tecnologías de reclutamiento

Conocimientos:- Procesos de reclutamiento y selección- Legislación laboral y empleo- Técnicas de entrevista y evaluación

Competencias:- Orientación al cliente- Trabajo en equipo- Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad- Flexibilidad para gestiones fuera de Santiago- Capacidad de adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos roles, procesos, asignaciones o estructuras dentro de la empresa- Actitud Proactiva

Certificaciones: Certificación en gestor de inclusión será un plus.

Beneficios

Renta líquida $500.000

Horario de trabajo: de lunes a jueves de 09.00 a 18.00 horas y viernes de 09.00 a 14.00 horas
