岗位简介 负责测试智能Agent研发与落地，搭建智能化质量治理平台，通过大模型、AI能力赋能测试全流程。主攻AI用例生成、质量数据自动化治理、流水线智能门禁、缺陷智能分析、流量回放智能降噪等核心场景，推动团队质量能力从“人工治理”向“智能自治”升级，是当前质量内建、质效提升的核心技术岗位。 岗位职责 1、测试Agent核心能力研发：独立负责质量Agent主体能力开发，实现质量数据自动采集、指标自动核算、问题自动识别、改进任务自动推送，支撑月度质量月报自动化输出、分域智能归因分析。 2、AI测试全链路提效建设：搭建AI用例智能生成、扩写、校验、择优体系，优化用例采纳率、生成成功率；打通知识库、沉淀提示词模板，实现测试资产智能化复用与迭代。 3、CI/CD流水线智能治理：对接Pipeline研发流水线，开发智能质量门禁、Flaky用例智能识别、自动化任务自愈、发布风险智能拦截能力，解决流水线执行不稳定、人工卡点效率低问题。 4、流量回放智能化优化：研发回放智能降噪能力，自动识别ARK配置差异、环境差异干扰，过滤无效diff噪音，提升流量回放缺陷检出精度与排查效率。 5、质量数据底座建设：统一各业务域质效指标口径，治理数据失真、统计不准问题，搭建自动化、可视化、可复盘的智能质量度量体系。 6、专项AI质量能力落地：探索RAG知识库问答、测试数据智能构造、缺陷智能分诊、版本风险预判等能力，持续提升团队测试智能化成熟度。 7、联动产研团队落地智能化质量改进，输出技术方案、落地最佳实践，推动质量内建能力真正落地见效。

1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能相关专业，3-5年测试开发/智能化测试平台开发经验。 2、熟练掌握 Python/Java 开发，熟悉主流大模型调用、Prompt工程、RAG应用开发，具备AI工具、智能助手落地经验。 3、熟悉软件测试全流程、质量管理体系，懂自动化测试、性能测试、CI/CD流水线，了解流量回放、质量门禁体系。 4、具备测试平台、质量Agent、自动化工具二次开发经验，能够独立完成需求拆解、功能开发、上线落地与效果迭代。 5、熟悉Linux、SQL、中间件基础原理，能够独立排查链路、环境、数据类问题。 6、具备较强的业务理解与问题归因能力，擅长通过技术手段解决“建设落地脱节、数据失真、治理效率低”等质量痛点。

优先条件 1、有AI测试Agent、智能质量平台、大模型测试赋能落地经验优先； 2、有流量回放、流水线门禁治理、Flaky用例治理、质量数据治理经验优先； 3、有物流/互联网大型复杂项目质量体系建设、团队智能化提效经验优先。
