1、产品实施与优化： 1）主导泛微e9系统在集团及分公司的部署落地，完成流程引擎、门户管理、集成开发等模块配置； 2）承担复杂业务场景解决方案设计（如物流、财务、HR系统对接）； 2、需求管理与推进： 1）对接业务需求方，将业务需求转化为系统实施方案并落地； 2）完善需求优先级评估和推进机制，缩短需求响应周期，提升用户满意度； 3）主导面向海内外的差旅平台推进建设； 3、平台能力建设： 1）沉淀实施方法论，根据用户画像，针对性输出《系统标准化配置手册》，并提供产品培训和支持，确保用户能够充分使用产品功能； 2）搭建系统健康度评估体系，推动系统可用性的提升； 4、技术协作： 1）指导开发团队完成各类接口开发； 2）定期主导系统压力测试及性能调优； 5、数据分析与优化： 1）监控产品使用数据，分析用户行为，识别改进机会； 2）基于数据驱动决策，分析用户高频使用场景，持续优化产品性能和用户体验；

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、商业管理或相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）熟悉OA系统及相关技术，精通流程表单的配置开发，具备较强的产品设计和需求管理能力； 2）具备差旅产品全生命周期建设经验优先； 3）熟练使用项目管理工具和办各类公软件； 3）工作经历：5年以上泛微实施经验，深度参与过大型OA项目； 4、个性特征： 1）出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同团队有效合作； 2）具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，有同理心； 3）具备创新思维和解决问题的能力； 4）能够在快节奏的环境中工作，适应多任务处理。
