5年以上前端开发工作经验，物流背景经验优先 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业优先 对AI Coding、AI Agent等有深入理解和实战经验，能熟练使用AI工具提效 熟练掌握前端主流技术栈（Vue2、Vue3、React），深入了解其响应式原理、组件化机制及生态工具链 主导过中大型Web应用建设，具备复杂系统架构设计、模块拆分和技术方案落地能力，深入理解前端性能、体验优化 主动性强、执行力强，具备良好的逻辑思维与跨团队沟通表达能力，能将个人经验沉淀为方法论赋能团队
