1、引领AI大模型在快递行业的应用创新： 深入理解快递行业业务流程和痛点，结合AI大模型技术，探索并定义创新产品应用场景，例如智能客服、智能路由规划、异常预警等。 2、主导AI大模型应用产品的全生命周期管理： 从0到1负责产品规划、需求分析、原型设计、开发跟进、测试验收、上线运营等各个环节，确保产品高质量交付并达成业务目标。 3、深度参与AI大模型技术选型和方案设计： 跟踪研究当前主流大模型技术（如GPT、BERT、文心一言、通义千问deepseek等），评估其优缺点和适用场景，并结合实际业务需求，制定最优的技术解决方案。 4、推动AI大模型应用落地和持续优化： 与算法工程师、数据科学家、业务团队紧密合作，推动AI大模型应用落地，并持续监控产品效果，收集用户反馈，进行迭代优化。 5、关注行业趋势和技术发展： 密切关注AI大模型技术发展趋势和快递行业动态，洞察潜在机会，为产品和技术发展提供前瞻性建议。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、物流管理、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）熟悉快递行业的业务流程与痛点，有相关行业工作经验者优先； 2）对AI大模型技术和应用场景有深入理解， 熟悉主流大模型架构、训练方法、应用场景等，了解自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）、多模态等技术，并能够结合实际业务场景进行技术选型和方案设计； 3）熟练掌握产品设计工具，如Axure、Sketch、Figma等，能够独立完成产品原型设计； 4）具备敏锐的商业洞察力和与业务理解能力，能够快速捕捉行业动态与客户需求； 3、工作经历：5年以上互联网或快递行业产品管理经验， 有AI大模型相关项目经验者优先； 4、个性特征： 1）具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神， 能够与不同背景的团队成员高效协作，推动项目顺利进行； 2）具备较强的问题解决能力与创新思维，能够应对复杂多变的业务需求与技术挑战；
